Flower Names for Girls
I love a good flower name. Girls have been named after flowers for centuries. While it’s time honoured tradition, naming your child after a flower can be very fresh and unique as well. It all depends on which flower you choose.
Depending on the type of name you choose, you can select a flower-inspired name that has a vintage, elegant feel, a cute and playful take, or a unique and edgy nomiker.
But let’s be real:
There are a few flower inspired names that was way overused. Lily and Rose come to mind as names that are super common and maybe a little tired. There are so many uncommon flower names that are absolutely gorgeous!
I’ve listed my favorite unique flower names below to help you out! And if you’d like a name that has that same feel as a floral-inspired name, but a little more earthy and boho, be sure to check out this list of over 150 nature-inspired names for baby girls.
Question Time
But before we get to the list, I have a very important question for you:
Are you ready?
Mamas, have you started your baby registry yet? If you haven’t, or even if you have, you NEEEEED to start an Amazon Baby Registry!
Reason #1? You get a free box of goodies for registering! Valued at $35, it’s such a nice welcome gift full of useful items that you will certainly need (often inclues diapers, wipes, bottle, nursing pads, baby wash and lotion, swaddle blanket, bandana bib, etc.).
If someone makes a purchase from your registry (even if it’s you!), you’ll be sent your welcome box for free!
Reason #2? Amazon makes registering so easy for you! How many of you simply have zero desire to get off the couch? I know I didn’t for about 90% of my pregnancy.
You can register for everything you need, all from your couch! We all know Amazon has EVERYTHING, so you only have to make one registry, instead of visiting multiple stores and juggling 2-3 lists (I did this with my first and it was a nightmare!). Plus you can find those gorgeous insta-worthy items that may not be available at your local stores (because baby deserves the best, y’all!).
Reason #3? Amazon makes shopping so easy for your guests! Your guests will also appreciate the convenience of Amazon. One touch shopping? Yes please! Two-day shipping? Yes Yes Yes! Plus, we know Amazon has amazing prices, so you’ll be doing your guests a favorite by allowing them to purchase a gift at a super low price!
